Welcome, Brian!

Brian discovered the healing benefits of yoga while studying music at Berklee College of Music in 2009. He was looking for relief from repetitive stress and tension that had built up from years of instrumental practice, because it was affecting his ability to play musical instruments. Yoga became instrumental in his healing process because he was successfully able to stop the progressive nerve damage in his arms and hands. After college, he realized his deeper commitment in life was to share his healing experience from yoga, and help others overcome their pain. In 2011, Brian attended a 9 week, full-immersion teacher training course at Bikram’s College of India in LA. Since then, he has been a full-time yoga instructor helping thousands of people achieve a new freedom in their body, and a new peace of mind. Yoga is a true natural medicine, and Brian looks forward to sharing it with you! Brian joined the Kev’s Gym team in May of 2020 and serves our clients in Boston, MA.
