30/30 Ignite Workout
Tomorrow I will be teaching my first “30/30 Ignite” class. The beauty of this workout is that it gives you the best of both worlds. The first half will be HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) while the second half will be yoga. 30 minutes hard/30 minutes easy. This is the workout plan so far. - 3 laps around parking lot with battle rope
- Alternating Lunge Jump Rope: (1 min)
- Right Leg Lunge Jump Rope: (1 min)
- Left Leg Lunge Jump Rope: (1 min)
- 2 squat, 2 R leg, 2 squat, 2 L leg Jump Rope: (1 min)
- Pop Squats (1 min)
- Agility ladder- frog jumps – in squat hands in each square: (1 min)
- Spider Lunge: (1 min)
Circuit 1 (x1)
- Long jumps across parking lot
- Agility Ladder: Home alones (1 min)
- Jump rope: Single leg (switch after 30 Sec)
- Pushup: wide pushup to narrow pushup jumps (1 min)
- Jump Rope: Low Squat Jump Rope (1 min)
REST- WATER BREAK- (1 min)
Circuit 2 (x3)
- Stair Sprints: Skip Steps
- Super Man Turtle Pushups: 15
- Flutter Kicks: 25
- Pulse Squats: 15
