Pour Me Something Tall and Strong…
…Make it a HURRICANE before I go insane!
This hurricane workout will definitely provide a challenge to you. It combines high intensity cardio with strength training, which burns through calories like no other. I did this with a friend/client last night and man was it a good workout! The best part — it only takes 30-40 minutes!
The workout is called a hurricane because there are various categories of intensity. I rate this one a 4-5. Take a look at this Livestrong.com link that provides more information on hurricane workouts!
