Stephanie grew up in Long Island, NY and, since a young age, has always been physically active and a lover of nature. She discovered yoga at the age of 16 and began practicing daily, moving on to more advanced classes in yoga and Pilates during her college years. She completed her 200 hr intensive training at Yoga District in Washington, DC in 2017 and now resides in Northern Virginia.
Stephanie teaches yoga full time through private and group settings. Her style of yoga brings her unique healing energy to help inspire others to tap into their own internal power of self-healing. The power of the mind is powerful! Breath work and intention are important parts of her classes. She often incorporates functional movements, mobility and strength into her classes, combining styles of movement within the yoga class.
Stephanie is currently a student at the Functional Medicine Institute for Health Coaching. She hopes to combine her love of yoga with holistic health coaching to help more people thrive and live a healthy life!
