Try this leg workout on for size. It’s a killer! Warmup: (1 minute each)
  1. Jumping Jacks
  2. Huggers
  3. Arm Circles
  4. Lateral Jumps
  5. Leg swings over chair
  6. Treadmill Jog (5 min)
Leg Circuit:
  1. 100 Squats
  2. 90 Alternating Lunges
  3. 80 Mountain Climbers
  4. 70 Sumo Squats
  5. 60 Calf Raises (toes out)
  6. 50 Glute Bridge Raises
  7. 40 Stair Steps with weights (skipping steps)
  8. 30 Squat Jumps
  9. 20 Burpees
  10. (1 minute wall squat x 1 minute quick steps) X 10
Cool down/Stretch
