Calorie Burning Circuit Workout!

This is a good workout for all experience levels. It is a full body circuit workout that incorporates cardio, resistance, and ab work. The thing I like most about the workout is that it offers a diverse amount of exercises that work different parts of your body. It includes running between exercises which helps to keep the heart rate up to torch through calories!  

Full Body Circuit: Resistance, Cardio, and Abs

30 seconds of running or walking between each move. Resistance exercises with weights get 10 reps, everything else get 20 reps. Enjoy!

Plank hold for 30 seconds

Dumbell bench press/pushups

Sit ups

2 arm dumbbell rows

Plank

Arnold press

Lying leg raise

TRX lunges

Ab toe reach

Barbell/dumbbell curls

Ab bicycles

Dumbbell fly’s

Ab dolly

Pull ups

Plank

Dumbbell lateral raise

Goblet squat

Floor toe reach

Tricep dumbbell extension

Ab bicycles

 

Cool down and stretch
