Calorie Burning Circuit Workout!
This is a good workout for all experience levels. It is a full body circuit workout that incorporates cardio, resistance, and ab work. The thing I like most about the workout is that it offers a diverse amount of exercises that work different parts of your body. 30 seconds of running or walking between each move. Resistance exercises with weights get 10 reps, everything else get 20 reps. Enjoy!

Lying leg raise

Ab toe reach
Barbell/dumbbell curls
Ab bicycles

Pull ups
Plank

Floor toe reach
